Inyo Board grants pay raise to CAO

In hard economic times, some Inyo citizens questioned the Board of Supervisors’ vote to give their County Administrator a roughly $1400 per month raise plus additional benefits. Christmas Day death

A ten-year resident of Bishop, Charles Joseph VanDeVoorde died on Christmas day.  There were no local services announced.
