Owens Valley / Mammoth Lakes / Mono County / Death Valley ‘that I am talking about near record high temperatures over the weekend, as October nears. Almost as crazy, that we will have above normal temps starting October and remaining the rest of the work week (still 93° in Bishop Thursday!). All due to a ridge of high pressure situated over the EPAC / Western US, which continues to gradually strengthen, recording 590 dm at 500 mb…DMATT
