A warm spell will return to our region thru mid week, as weak high pressure builds over the area and broad troughing develops over the EPAC. Wednesday should be the warmest day of the week, in the mid 80s in Bishop. As that EPAC trough lifts inland late week, it will serve to flatten the ridge, and bring increasing chances of precipitation from Tahoe North…DMATT
