Dear Jason, It would be nice if you researched this story before you started posting links to these other sites that contain misleading or missing information. Large animals are routinely taken to the dump if people don’t have means or property to bury them. The cute little bear injured the camper enough that she had to be treated at the emergency room. If the Paiute Tribe is concerned about this, why haven’t they stepped in before now? Bears are like teenagers, once they aren’t scared of their parents at all that is when a lot of problems start. Bears however, aren’t ever going to understand why they aren’t allowed to help themselves to the treats.
