Synopsis – TUE JUL 28 2026

As high pressure progresses further Westward from the Central USA, our area is likely to be under a Major Heat Risk by Friday thru the weekend. I suspect that as the week progresses, high pressure will move closer to our Forecast Area. Temps on Saturday will run some 10 – 15 degress above normal. Lower daytime RH will accompany these hot conditions. Also, lows will offer little nighttime relief, staying warm in the mid 60s. More updates tomorrow…DMATT
