When the Mammoth Town Council approved major plans for a trail system in Mammoth Lakes, they also formed a special committee to work on coordination of the trails. That Committee will meet for the first time on Wednesday. Check out the details –

1. Welcome & Introductions 2. Purpose of the MLTSCC
a. Recommend and prioritize projects for the Mammoth Lakes Trail System, including a five‐year capital and minor project list.
3. Conduct of the Committee (Brown Act) a. Handout
4. Identify the “user group(s)” that needs to be included, and determine the appropriate size of the committee.
5. Establish a regular meeting schedule for project review and progress reports. 6. Determine requirements of staffing and establish a budget for staffing the MLTSCC
incorporating the $6,900 appropriated from Measure R for FY 2011‐12. 7. Introduction to the MLTS – PowerPoint Presentation/Maps 8. Determine goals for year 1 – FY 2012/13
