The Inyo County Public Works/Road Department will be performing an asphalt overlay on the Sunland Indian Reservation Road the week of August 22, 2022 through August 25, 2022.  During this time sections of the road will be closed to thru traffic including closures at the intersections of State Highway 395 and Sunland Drive.

Expect detours in order to get to and from the Sunland landfill.  During this time there will be semitrucks and heavy equipment working on the project so please use caution while driving in the area.
