Sergeant Dan Nolan Retiring After Serving 22 Years With Bishop Police Department

 

The Bishop Police Department would like to announce the retirement of Sergeant Dan Nolan.

Sergeant Nolan has served the City of Bishop for over 22 years.  During that time he has served as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Use of Force/Range Instructor.  In his most recent collateral assignment, Sergeant Nolan served as a Team Leader for the Inyo-Mono Counties Special Enforcement Detail (SED).

Upon his retirement, Sergeant Nolan has accepted a position with the State of Nevada Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.

Please congratulate Sergeant Nolan on his career and his future endeavors.

Dan, don’t know you personally but know that smile and the words thank you from the VFW breakfasts, when you and someone would come to pick the too goes up. We would always yell back stay safe! Good luck and God bless on your new adventure in your next career!
