Snow showers over Mammoth summit yesterday with winds gusting to 55 mph in the Town of Mammoth Lakes. Yesterday as well, the Owens Valley got breezy conditions, with only Cartigo hitting near 40 mph. A second less dynamic wave brings a slight chance (20%) of snow to Mammoth today. Much cooler and drier in the wake of Thursday’s system on Friday, with brisk Northerly winds. High pressure then quickly fills back into our area Saturday with temps rebounding on Sunday…DMATT
