REMINDER OWENS RIVER GORGE CLOSED 6/6 to 6/25

LADWP will release higher-than-normal water down the Owens River Gorge from June 6 to June 25, 2023, in cooperation with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and Mono County. No public access will be allowed from Long Valley Dam to the Control Gorge Power Plant during the three-week high flow.

The public is advised to avoid the area due to hazardous conditions. Please take all warning signs and barricades seriously. High water levels with strong currents pose potential safety hazards that could result in personal injury and property damage.
