The National Weather Service, out of Reno,  has issued a Red Flag Warning in effect at 11:00 this morning until8:00 p.m. this evening in the Owens Valley area, calling for strong winds and lower humidity. CAL FIRE urges everyone to be extremely cautious, especially during periods of high fire danger. It’s important all residents and visitors take steps to prevent wildfires.
