Tropical Storm Hilary has made landfall and we should see widespread rain until approximately 5:00am on Monday.  A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for Benton, Hammil Valley, Chalfant, Swall Meadows, and Paradise.  Mono County Fire Districts have pre-positioned fire apparatus throughout the County for immediate response as needed.  Cal OES has pre-positioned a swift water rescue team in Bishop.  The MWTC Fire Department has their swift water rescue available in the north county.
