That’s not the same place, this location ins about a mile and a half south of Olancha.
Was this film’s location site the old gas station that used to be almost across the street from the restaurant in Olancha? There was a Texaco station in a building on the same property up until recently. Both got torn down about 10 years ago? I’d love to know more about the history of that old building that was used in this episode. I believe it may have been an old 76 gas station, many 76’s in the 1930s had that type of “tower” architecture.
What a great idea. Sorry I won’t be in your area at that time to see the play. Will try to find that episode on Netflix to see location shots.
