After 700 inches of snow and historic runoff, MCWD promulgates water restrictions with four emphatic “no’s”. Because reasons, you see, none of which mention what, if any, investments MCWD is making in new infrastructure to retain more runoff than we can currently retain. And people wonder why allegiance to government and its various adjacent rent seekers is circling the drain even as they cling to their bossy bully-boy mode of operation.
