Pre-Register for COVID-19 Vaccine
Mono County Public Health is encouraging Mono County residents to pre-register to be vaccinated by completing the online, confidential Vaccine Questionnaire. COVID-19 vaccines are entirely voluntary, and free for Mono County residents. The questionnaire will assist Mono County Public Health prioritize COVID-19 immunizations per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and California Department of Public Health (CDPH) guidelines. -Monday (1/18) – Public Health COVID-19 testing in Mammoth Lakes at the Mammoth Lakes Foundation (11:00am-3:00pm)
-Tuesday (1/19) – Verily testing in Mammoth Lakes at Sierra Star Golf Course, 2001 Sierra Star Pkwy (8:00am-12:30pm)
-Wednesday (1/20) – Public Health COVID-19 testing in Lee Vining at the Community Center (12:00-3:00pm)
-Thursday (1/21) – Public Health COVID-19 testing in Mammoth Lakes at the Mammoth Lakes Foundation (11:00am-3:00pm)
-Friday (1/22) – Verily testing at Antelope Valley Community Center (9:00am-12:45pm)
-Friday (1/22) – Verily testing in Mammoth Lakes at Sierra Star Golf Course, 2001 Sierra Star Pkwy (8:00am-12:30pm)
