Mono County Pop-up COVID-19 Testing sites cancelled for one week because of need for contact tracing
All Mono County pop-up testing scheduled for the week of 07/20-07/25 has been cancelled to allow the Public Health Department to focus on contact tracing cases. Individuals experiencing illness and/or symptoms are encouraged to call 211 or to speak with a Public Health Nurse for referral testing.
The only public testing next week will be through Verily on 7/21 in Mammoth Lakes, and 7/24 in Walker.
Are the numbers from the Inyo and Mono pop up testing added into the numbers reported? That’s been pretty confusing. If you look at reporting sites, it would appear the numbers from the pop up testing have not been included.
Seems odd to stop pop up testing in Mono now.
