MONO COUNTY, Calif. (October 03, 2022) – On September 6, 2022, The Mono County Board of Supervisors approved a contract with Bryan Bullock to serve as Chief of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for Mono County.

The Chief of Emergency Medical Services functions as the administrative Department Head of the County EMS Department, managing functions that support the ability of the department to deliver the highest quality of medical/trauma patient care possible. The goal of the Chief of Emergency Medical Services is to plan, direct, organize and evaluate the department’s EMS activities for all operations personnel.

“Bryan has a long history with Mono County EMS, and we are proud to be able to recognize his hard work, dedication, and commitment to the residents and visitors of the county with this new role,” said Bob Gardner, Chair of the Mono County Board of Supervisors.

Chief Bullock has worked in the EMS field for 27 years, and for Mono County EMS for the past 18 years. Bullock spends his free time camping with his wife, 6-year-old son, and two step-children,
and when he’s not providing patient care he can most likely be found on the field coaching his son’s baseball team.
