Very touching moment today. May not be local but we all look up at it in the night sky, the moon.
“It’s a bright spot on the moon—and we’d like to call it Carroll.”
The crew of Artemis II has chosen to name a lunar crater in honor of mission commander Reid Wiseman’s late wife, Carroll, who passed away in 2020 after a five-year battle with cancer.
This definitely touched my soul. Many of our friends and family have known someone whom has battled cancer. Just a week ago we held the 5k Colorectal Cancer Awareness Walk for Eastern Sierra Cancer Alliance.
