In Mono County Court news- Mammoth resident Tim Didriksen has been sentenced for dealing cocaine.

In October of 2007, Mono Narcotic Officers arrested the then 59 year old Didriksen after what officers described as a lengthy investigation. Officers reported that Didriksen was in possession of a small amount of cocaine. Previous investigations led officers to arrest Didriksen for dealing cocaine as well.

At the time of the arrest, Investigators said that Didriksen had been convicted of similar charges in the 80s.

Didriksen was sentenced on Monday. Assistant DA Tim Kendall reports Didriksen pleaded to sales of cocaine. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail, fines and 5 years probation. As a result of the sentence, Kendall reports that Didriksen surrendered $55,000 from 10 different bank accounts. A portion (25%) of the seized money goes to the state general fund, the remainder goes to local law enforcement, Kendall reports.
