In an effort to reduce overcrowding at the Inyo County Animal Shelter’s Cat Room, ICARE’s Spay/Neuter Fund is paying for all Shelter cats and kittens to be spayed and neutered, so your adoption fee is only $10 (instead of the usual $50).ASH & PUMPKIN are just two of the over 40 cats and kittens in need of loving homes.
