Great auction items, great times for 10th Annual Mammoth Invitational

Press release

Mammoth Lakes, Calif. – The Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation
and Mammoth Mountain Ski Area have partnered to create amazing auction items for the 10th Annual Mammoth Invitational, including a private group skiing/snowboarding experience at June Mountain, CA.

June Mountain

Lindsay Barksdale, Executive Director of the Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation is over the moon about this item.

“We are beyond excited to have this amazing experience to feature in our live auction on April 7, 2018. Aside from areas that offer expensive private skiing clubs, this is not an opportunity you see come up very often – to have the ski area open just for your group. This opportunity with June Mountain is only available as part of our fundraising effort and the full auction price will come back to the Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation. We are so grateful to have this support from Mammoth and June.”

Restrictions will apply and some coordination will be required to schedule the date shortly after the ski area closes to the public in April 2018 or 2019. The winning bidder will be able to bring 150 people to enjoy June Mountain Ski Area privately all morning, ending with an on-mountain BBQ lunch – complete with DJ. The package includes: photographer, lift access, mini terrain park and race course, and special guest appearances from Mammoth Mountain mascot Woolly and June Mountain mascot Bucky.

Bidding is open to the public. For the live auction, bidding by proxy is available. Other Mammoth Invitational auction items include: ASG Alaska Heli-Ski/Snowboard Trip, Tuscany Trek Travel Bike Tour, Mammoth Black Corporate Membership, Build Your Own Terrain Park at Mammoth Mountain, Early Ups Package at Mammoth Mountain, Spend the Night at the Top of Mammoth Mountain, Drive a Snowcat – the Mammoth Mountain Winch Cat, An Exclusive VIP Night of Lights Experience, and more. The auction is open to the public.
