Eastern Sierra Tri-County Fair has selected Bradley Rottner-Hart to be the recipient of the proceeds from the Pie Contest during the Fair on Thursday, August 28th. Please come out and cheer on the contestants, eat some pie and support Brad’s Fight against Leukemia.
The pie contest is scheduled for Thursday, August 28th in the Tallman Pavillion.
In June, 6-year-old Bradley Rottner-Hart was diagnosed with Burkett’s Leukemia. He spent the first two months in the Loma Linda Children’s Hospital. Currently, according to family, he is out of the hospital but must stay within a short distance because of possible complications. Bradley’s treatment is expected to take about a year.
All proceeds from the Mud Pie Contest will support Bradley’s healing from Burkett’s Leukemia.

(Wow, really? This comment section is a trainwreck. I know if I was Brad’s parent, I think this petty line of commenting and doxxing would tick me off. Actually it does tick me off being the parent of a terminally ill son and understanding the seriousness of living at LLUMC and the Ronald McDonald House for months.)
Aside from that, thanks to Major Tom for the go fund me link, I think I will forgo the pie, and make a small donation.
Brad is in our prayers.
Thanks Major Tom and Dee, this site is sort of my anger managment program at times. But rarley I have used my real name. Mostly when I am dead serious.
Trouble, I already know your name and were you live. I just haven’t taken the time to introduce myself. My family is probably horrified at most of my posts be these are for my amusement not theirs. Not my business to out people anyway. Stay secret my friend, stay secret.
Am I being chalanged to come out of the closet? I hope not. Anyway, my family would stone me if I did. But I would like to know if there is some other way to make a small donation for this brave young man?

Bennett, do you know if there a donation web site set up?
Someone just sent this and Major Tom posted it. This is the web site to donate and there is an account set up at Chase Bank in Bishop. The bank only takes checks and the account name is Susan Distel (Brad’s mom) http://www.gofundme.com/apggjo

Hope to see Trouble there. I’m easy to spot. I’m the crazy looking old white guy eating apple pie. Introduce yourself and I’ll buy you a piece of pie.
