Eastern Sierra Dog Rescue Kidalalooza Dog Adoption Event

We had a great dog adoption event today at Kidapalooza in Mammoth. Seven dogs came (4 from Mono County, 3 from Kymberlee who is fostering), and one of Kymberlee’s got adopted (see photos below). There was quite a bit of interest in the others, so we’re hopeful. The dogs had a great doggie day out, if nothing else.

Our next dog adoption event is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, at Crowley Lake from 10:30-1. Please let me know if you are available to help, or if you are fostering and would like to bring your dog. I’ll know more about what dogs and how many as it gets closer. We will have a flyer to share shortly.

Update: The older dog who was found in Rovana may be in luck! The lady who took him home has an appointment at the vet on Wednesday for a wellness check. If the dog is in good health, she has a man who will take him. Fingers crossed!
