DMATT’s Weather

FRI OCT 15 2021 4:07 AM PDT

SYNOPSIS:

Yesterday’s forecast told you pretty much what you can expect thru Saturday. So as we arrive in the middle of October, very nice and stable Aumum weather is in store for us most of this weekend. Blended Model Guidance shows a fast moving trough of low pressure from the Gulf of Alaska (GOA) moving into the PACNW Sunday into Monday. So far the evolution of this trough is unclear, particularly with the level of forcing accompanying this upstream system. Right now though it looks like most of the precipitation will remain in the Tahoe area, with a slight chance in Mammoth Lakes. Until then, have a “Great Go Do It” weekend!…DMATT
