Dennis Mattinson’s Weekend Weather – July 21- 23, 2023

The heat just ain’t going away. Our friendly neighborhood ridge once again slides back Westward, nearly overhead. So any hope of relief for cooler temperatures will have to wait until early next week. The pattern of Excessive Heat looks to stay in place today and Saturday, with Bishop at 105° Saturday. Temps cool a bit Sunday and the rest of next week, as a trough pushes into the PACNW. Depending on the track of that trough, we could see a return of PM t’storms…DMATT
