Looking at GOES West satellite imagery this morning, continues to show broken pieces of energy meandering across our Forecast Area. Not easy to pin down timing or track. That said, today and tomorrow expect a wintery mix of precipitation in Inyo and Mono Counties, with continued travel impacts. Snow levels look to continue to hover around 7,500 – 8,500 feet, with another 6 – 10 inches at the Main Lodge and 10 – 15 inches at the Summit expected thru Thursday. By Friday / Saturday an inside slider type system could bring a quick shot of snow, but moisture will be somewhat limited because of its overland track. As always, updates tomorrow…DMATT
