Some high cirrus and cumulus clouds moving across the district yesterday, otherwise mostly sunny. Dry and stable conditions will exist through Friday with breezy to windy conditions at times. By the weekend a trough develops along the Oregon Coast, remaining nearly stationary through Tuesday. So, breezy afternoon and evening winds with cool (for mid June) temperatures through then.
For the Owens Valley:
Today: Mostly sunny with a few afternoon clouds. Highs 90 – 93 / Lows 60 – 63. Winds SW 15 – 20 mph G 30 in the afternoon.
Thursday: Sunny. Highs 89 – 92 / Lows 57 – 60. Winds W 10 – 15 mph G 25.
For the Town of Mammoth Lakes:
Today: Mostly sunny. Highs 67 / Lows 41. Winds SW 15 – 20 mph G 35 in the afternoon.
Thursday: Mostly sunny. Highs 65 / Lows 39. Winds SW 15 – 20 mph G 25.
For Mono County:
Today: Mostly sunny. Highs 71 – 81 / Lows 33 – 43. Winds SW 15 – 25 mph G 40 in the afternoon.
Thursday: Mostly sunny. Highs 68 – 78 / Lows 32 – 42. Winds SW 10 – 20 mph G 35.
