High pressure, which transported the mid level moisture into our district, gets slowly kicked eastward today, by low pressure off the PACNW Coast. Still a slight chance of a few lingering build ups along the Crest today though. So, temps still running a few degrees above normal today and tomorrow. By Wednesday, as that trough settles over the West Coast, temperatures will take a slight dip back to seasonal norms, with dry weather through Friday.

FOR THE OWENS VALLEY:

Today: Mostly sunny then mostly clear at night. Highs around 98 and lows 55. Winds S 6 – 9 mph.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny then mostly clear in the evening. Highs 97 and lows around 56. Winds S 10 – 15 mph.

FOR THE TOWN OF MAMMOTH LAKES:

Today: Sunny then clear skies at night. Highs around 78 and lows 46. Winds W 10 – 20 mph.

Tuesday: Sunny then mostly clear at night. Highs 77 and lows 45. Winds SW 10 – 15 mph G 25.

FOR MONO COUNTY:

Today: Sunny then clear in the evening. Highs 81 – 86 and lows 38 – 48. Winds S 10 – 15 mph.

Tuesday: Mostly clear day and evening. Highs 80 – 90 and lows 37 – 47. Winds SW 10 – 15 mph.
