FRIDAY 17-FEB-2012

Comfortable February weather is in store for us today as weak ridging provides sunny skies and lighter winds. Then an upper level disturbance starts to move through Northern California tonight. It hangs around through the weekend, giving the high country a slight chance of shower activity. The Owens Valley also looks to have a slight chance of rain and snow showers thru this time period as well. This system is a fairly fast mover with minimal precipitation. On Monday, high pressure re-asserts itself for dry conditions thru the remainder of the week.
