Low pressure will lift over into Central NV today, bringing a moist and unstable air mass. T’storms then are likely over Mammoth, Mono County and Owens Valley, with periods of heavy rain and flash flooding possible. But wait we are not done yet, as remarkely, yet another cut-off low will move over SOCAL, then into our higher terrain over the weekend. So yes you guessed it, ongoing chances of t-storms over Mammoth and Mono County…DMATT
