A storm system, with a cold air mass, continues to move through our area. Its origins are in Siberia, dropping down through the PACNW then the West Coast. It’s a deep low at 547 dm, bringing cooler temperatures for all. Gusty weather conditions look to continue today, with winds 25 – 30 mph G 50 in Mammoth along with scattered snow showers. Mammoth could pick about 4 – 8 inches of snow in the upper elevations by tonight. Drying conditions and milder temperatures Thursday / Friday…DMATT
