Low pressure yesterday exits the area today, with most of the precipitation remaining well East of the Sierra. But those blustery conditions in parts of the Owens Valley linger today. Cooler temps then today in Bishop in the wake of that system. Mid level ridging then takes hold Friday into the weekend and we should have temps run in the low 70s, which is about normal for late October…DMATT
