After our very warm weekend, the heat stays in the “on” mode today. Bishop hit 102° on Sunday, 101° is expected today. BTW the average temp in Bishop on July 3 is 95°. But if there is any good news, those temps cool off a bit on Tuesday – Thursday. All from a shortwave tracking thru the Northern Rockies, which should push high pressure further South. So expect modest cooling to around 99° in Bishop by Thursday.
