By Friday into the Holiday weekend, the heat will be on. The last vestiges of our troughing pattern gets pushed fully East by a robust early Summer ridge centering over the area. This will be a very hot pattern for us, with Bishop hitting 103° and Mammoth Lakes 80° by this Sunday. So easily the hottest temps of the year, in what has largely been below normal for most of the year. I will have a weekend temperatures forecast for you on Friday..DMATT
