Most areas will remain dry thru Thursday, then a Rex Block forms over the Desert SW Friday, pushing subtropical moisture Northward. So Expect afternoon and evening T-storms in Mammoth and Mono County (20%), Friday into the weekend and maybe drifting down to the Owens Valley by Saturday…DMATT
