The Owens Valley / Mammoth Lakes 

A potent ridge over the InterMountain West brings a slight warming trend with temps similar to late June. During the latter half of the week another ridge builds northward, with an upper low forming over Baja. This will create a Rex block over the Desert SW, and will draw subtropical moisture up from the Gulf of California. This should introduce showers & T-storms back to Mono County and Mammoth, Friday thru the weekend.
