Synopsis – FRI MAR 27 2026

High pressure is still stuck over our area, so mild temperatures thru the weekend. Then a stormy period is becoming more likely around Mar 31 to Apr 3. All due to that stubborn ridge of high pressure finally moving farther East over the Great Plains. This will allow a longwave trough to push onto the West Coast, bringing much cooler temps and YES, chances of rain to portions of the valley areas and snowfall to Mammoth. Updates Monday…DMATT
