Cameraman Russ Monroe captured some serious air play from Tuttle Creek Canyon. One chopper appeared to be a camera platform, leading to speculation 
that it was some kind of movie or commercial shoot. The choppers had landed and taken off from Lone Pine Airport. They put on a real show for southern Inyo.

Filming … I saw these three helicopters at LP airport today, The gray helo had what at a passing glance appeared to be a FLIR pod .. but realized it was actually a camera when I took a closer look,
The black helo would have appeared to be the “black Helicopter” you hear about that comes for you in the night, lol .. the third helo was white, so some sort of filming was going on.
