On 3/15/23, the Junior Varsity Lady Broncos lost their game to Burroughs in Ridgecrest by a score of 5-3. This was the first game of the season for the Broncos and they did a great job of keeping the score 3-2 until the 5th and final inning. Jillian Wolfe pitched 5 innings, giving up 6 hits and striking out 8 batters. Braydee Momberg and Sadie Dishion each had a stolen base and scored a run. Taylor Currie had the only hit of the game for the Broncos, but the team put the ball in play, had runners on base every inning and forced the Burros to make errors.
