He will be out in a few years, like it or not. Then what, and why?

This type of violent attempted murder, with the special circumstance added,if found guilty, can land him in prison for a good 7-8 years with a proper conviction and sentence, maybe more if he was on parole.
To sound politically correct, maybe enough time for him to straighten out and fix his life and become a good person and citizen when he does get out.

Having looked at the Inyo County Sheriff’s website and arrest records the past 5 years or so,I feel like I know this guy with all his arrests, catch and release.
Sadly, some of them weren’t just drug or alcohol offenses.
Some were also domestic and violent crimes…
With this one here, pretty heavy offenses.I doubt he’ll be walking the streets anytime soon.
But in this day and age…and his past arrests,ya never know…..

This guy has constantly been in and out of jail for a long time.
I don’t record his offenses but even before this arrest I’ve asked myself more than a few times “why was this guy out of jail after that last offense?”
