MON  MAR 11  2013

Low amplitude ridge is in control this week, with  dry weather, warming temperatures and generally light winds. Temps in the Owens Valley look to hit the low 80s by Thursday and Mammoth the upper 50s. Ridge becomes a little dirty at times, with some high thin clouds overhead. Right now the next chance for a little precipitation in Mono County is early next week. But this has been a dry winter, so lets wait and see…

For the Owens Valley:

Today: Mostly sunny. Highs 70 / Lows 34. Winds NW 5 – 7 mph.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny.  Highs 76 / Lows 37. Winds NW 5 mph.

For the Town of Mammoth Lakes:

Today: Mostly sunny. Highs 50 / Lows 26. Winds W 5 mph.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny. Highs 54 / Lows 28. Winds SW 5 mph.

For Mono County:

Today: Mostly sunny. Highs 53 – 63 / Lows 22 – 32. Winds W 5 – 10 mph.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny. Highs 56 – 66 / Lows 25 – 35. Winds SW 5 – 10  mph.
