sentencing on two charges to which he entered no contest pleas.

According to the District Attorney’s office, Munoz pled to two counts of lewd conduct in public. He could face up to one year in custody. A probation report on sentencing is pending. The sentencing date is February 22nd.

Some parents in Mammoth had expressed concerns about the release of Mr. Munoz on his own recognizance pending court proceedings. As a result, the DA had filed a motion to increase Munoz’s bail. Judge Ed Forstenzer did not increase bail but did issue conditions that Munoz stay at least 100 yards away from bus stops, schools, parks and day care centers.

Harris remains in custody at the Mono County Jail in Bridgeport under a no bail hold. The court currently has a date set for sentencing on March 26th.
