When they saw a car swerving erratically on Highway 395 up Sherwin Grade, Mono Sheriff Deputies pulled the car over to

check out the situation. As a result, officers said they arrested the driver and passenger, both Mammoth Lakes residents.

Saturday evening officers checked out the swerving vehicle. Regina Campbell, 18 of Mammoth was the driver. Daniel Milev, 35 of Mammoth was the passenger. Officers said that they noticed Milev appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
