Mono Sheriff Officials report the arrest of three southern California residents after an alleged break in at an electrical facility near Mammoth Lakes.

According to Jennifer Hansen with the Mono Sheriffs Department, on Friday at about 7:30 pm, officers from the Mammoth Lakes PD, Highway Patrol, and Mono Sheriffs Department responded to a report of a burglary at an electrical switching facility near the intersection of 395 and 203.

The reporting party had told officers that there was someone hiding in the bushes nearby. Hansen reports that officers found 45-year-old Brien Dossiere, a resident of Perris, CA, hiding under a bush. Dossiere was detained and later arrested.

Officials say that a flatbed truck found near the scene of the burglary was reported stolen out of Anaheim. Investigations revealed that there might be two additional suspects whom officers searched for but did not find.

The two additional suspects were arrested the next morning after people were seen near the location where the stolen truck had been found. The subjects were identified as Ronald Jennings, age 48, a resident of Riverside, Ca. and Amy Phelan, age 33, a resident of Perris, Ca.

Though there was some damage to the electrical facility due to the alleged burglary, nothing was taken from that site, officials report. All three of the subjects face charges ranging from commercial burglary, vehicle theft, trespassing, receiving stolen property, vandalism, and possession of burglary tools.
