Southern Inyo Healthcare District and Northern Inyo Healthcare District are committed to the health and well-being of our community. Every 3 years, we conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to evaluate the overall health needs of the area.

We are asking community members to participate in a survey that will help us complete this assessment.
