Sally Oswalt Obituary

Sally Oswalt was born May 24, 1931 and entered into eternal rest on June 4, 2024. She was 93 years old. Although born in Brownwood, Texas she lived most of her life in San Diego. She moved to Bishop in 2009 to spend her retirement years near her daughter.

Not necessarily in any order, Sally loved the beach, palm trees, pets, martinis, coke, hot fudge sundaes, cool jazz and dancing. She had a zest for living and always saw the brighter side of life. Sally also loved Jesus and is with Him for all eternity.

The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at Sterling Heights and Bishop Care Center for all the years of love and care they gave her.

Sally is survived by her three children and their spouses: Marsha and George Milovich, Sheila and Mike Oswalt, Debbie and Ken Reyes. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Per her request, there will be no services. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in her beloved La Jolla, California. Sally was very much loved and will be sorely missed.
