Rosann L Osborn, passed on May 29, 2021, at 78 years of age. Born May 20, 1943, in Coos County (Marshfield OR) Oregon. Rosann is survived by her brother Frank (Sonny) West, his wife Ernestine their children, their grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Her Son Chuck Favel, wife Angie their daughter Kiana, his daughter Janette Narcomey Rock and husband Erik. Her daughter’s Trina Favel and Sharon Osborn Sexton, husband Ken their daughter Danica, Kens’ sons Isaiah his fiancé Kila and Andrew Sexton.

She had a huge heart, always had her door open for friends and family to come and feel safe or just visit! Was “Grandma or Auntie” to many.

May she glide like an Eagle above us.
