The extended date of November 30 has been ended due to winter weather
BISHOP, Calif., November 10, 2022 — Inyo National Forest is ending the recently extended personal fuelwood collection season due to recent snow and future forecasts of winter weather.
Permits are no longer being issued, but will resume again when fuelwood collection season starts in May 2023.
