Press Release from Rep. Kiley Applauds Indiana’s Stand Against Mid-Decade Gerrymandering 

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Kevin Kiley (R-CA) issued the following statement on the Indiana State Senate voting against a plan to redraw the state’s congressional districts.

“I applaud the Indiana Senate for taking a principled stand against mid-decade gerrymandering and rejecting the ‘eye for an eye’ mentality that has caused this redistricting war to spin out of control,” said Rep. Kiley. “Gerrymandering is wrong wherever it occurs. Now is the time for Congress to end the practice once and for all.”
