Winter Weather Returns
- A potent weather system will bring widespread precipitation, heavy mountain snow, and gusty winds to the region Monday into Tuesday.
- A second, colder system brings another round of precipitation to the region late Tuesday into Wednesday with snow levels around 4,000 to 5,000 feet.
CHANGES FROM PREVIOUS BRIEFING
- Winter Storm Warning issued for the Eastern Sierra and White Mountains in Inyo County from 4 AM Monday to 10 PM PST Wednesday.
- Winter Storm Watch issued for the Spring Mountains, Sheep Range, and high terrain of Esmeralda and central Nye counties above 5,000 feet in elevation from Monday morning through Wednesday evening.
- A Wind Advisory has been issued for San Bernardino, southern Clark, and central and southern Mohave counties from Monday morning through Wednesday afternoon.
